Where we ship

We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery timelines

• Delhi NCR: 2–4 business days
• Metro cities: 3–6 business days
• Rest of India: 5–9 business days

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays or remote locations.

Tracking and damaged parcels

Once dispatched, you'll be able to follow the order status from your account. If a parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please share photos with us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement.
